Elinor Jewels does not offer a refund or return for a change of mind.
An exchange or return will only be issued if the product is faulty or has been sent the wrong product from our end. If the product is damaged while in transit then kindly email us at info@elinorjewels.com~Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product

- An unboxing video should be mailed within 24 hours after receiving the product.
- After the analysis, return delivery will be initiated from our end.
- Make sure to send the product in the exact same box.
- An exchange of the product will be done within 8-10 working days.
- We provide a warranty of 7 days after receiving the product for any matters which include breakage/damage/diamond falling out / discoloration. Kindly report us within the concerned time on our mail with proper proofs
Note:- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video that contains the label/bill. If you fail to make one or report to us after 24 hours then there shall not be any actions from our end.
