An exchange will only be issued if the product is faulty or has been sent a wrong product from our end. If the product is damaged while in transit then kindly email us on info@elinorjewels.com

~Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product


~Add an unboxing video .
~Make sure to mail us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
~After the analyzation a return delivery will be initiated from our end.
~Make sure to send the product in the exact same box.
~A exchange of the product will be done within 8-10 working days.


Note :- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video in which the label/bill is clearly visible and there should not be any cuts or edits. If you fail to make one or report to us within 24 hours then there shall not be any actions taken from our end.
