  • Size-related exchanges are only applicable on rings.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • A ₹250 charge will be applied for ring size changes to cover shipping and handling.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or provide store credit.

Cancellations
1. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, all sales are final.
