Exchange Policy

We at Elinor jewels offer an exchange of products with a store credit. Exchanges will only be accepted if the request is submitted within 2 days of receiving your package. We cannot offer exchanges during an ongoing sale or any items bought during the sale period.

Please note that once the product has been received by our team and it qualifies our QC then we shall initiate your store credit.

** Note that a handling fee of inr 250 will be deducted from your store credit for accommodating your store credit.

The store credit will be valid for up to.   Days after you receive it. An exchange cannot take place more than once against the same credit note.
