We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently do not ship overseas but we will be starting soon.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes, all our jewellery is waterproof. It does not turn the skin green or lose its color even when exposed to water on a frequent basis. Gold plated Stainless steel jewellery can thus be worn in the shower without fear. It is a metal that stays shiny and doesn’t require maintenance. Please refer to our care guide for more details.
What material is your product made with?
All our pieces are made with 316L grade Stainless Steel and are coated with 18k gold. Stainless steel is a durable, eco friendly and recyclable material.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
I have made an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
All orders made during sale are final and are therefore not possible to be returned.
Can i cancel my orde after i have placed?
Unfortunately we do not offer any cancellation after we have received the payment. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.
Can I make any modifications after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately we do not offer any modification once the order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.
Can I change my address once the order has been placed?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. We will charge a reshipment fee for orders with insufficient address. Please double check all addresses/ phone number/ pincode before placing an order.
What if I receive a damaged /wrong product?
All of our items are carefully packaged. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged while shipping, we will take required actions for which an UNBOXING VIDEO is necessary within 24 hours of receiving the shipment . mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we won’t be able to take any required actions after the given time frame.
Note:- We do not provide any exchange or return on damage of free products during the sale period.
What if I receive an empty box?
We are extremely sorry to hear that you have received an empty box. This can happen either on account of tampering by the delivery personnel or an operations error at our end. Regardless, if you receive an empty box, please reach out to us on email@example.com

My parcel is returning back to the seller. What can i do?
There could be various reasons why one’s parcel is returning to the seller like , insufficient/ wrong address , wrong phone number , unavailability of the consignee , door or premises closed , the consignee denied delivery of package , etc. In such circumstances the customer is bound to wait till the parcel reaches our warehouse and is liable to pay the reshipment fees.
I ordered for a customized piece of jewelry and need to make some modifications.
Unfortunately we do not offer any modification once the order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order. Also note that shipping time for customized items will take longer than standard shipping time.
