Breakage due to manufacturing defects
Coverage Limit Applicable to any 2 products per bundle order only

Claim Requirements Order ID with clear images/videos must be shared
Claims must be raised within 14 days

Store in a dry, airtight space
Remove before showering, swimming, or workouts
Exclusions
  1. Free gifts included with the order
  2. Clasps, locks, and earring backings (functional plating may wear faster)
  3. Accidental damage or improper handling
  4. Missing parts not reported within 24 hours
  5. Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
  6. Exposure to moisture, sweat, or chemicals
  7. Repairs/modifications by third-party jewellers
  8. Skin Reactions (as these vary based on individual skin sensitivity and are not considered product defects)

Intentional damage or misuse
