A exchange or return will only be issued if the product is faulty or has been sent a wrong product from our end. If the product is damaged while in transit then kindly email us on [email protected]~Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product

~We provide a warrantee of 7 days after receiving the product for any matters which include breakage/damage/diamond falling out / discoloration. Kindly report us within the concerned time on our mail with proper proofs 
~an unboxing video should be mailed within 24 hours after receiving the product.
~After the analyzation a return delivery will be initiated from our end.
~Make sure to send the product in the exact same box.
~A exchange of the product will be done within 8-10 working days.


Note :- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video which contains the label/bill. If you fail to make one or report to us after 24 hours then there shall not be not be any actions from our end.
